I offer face-to-face individual and family psychotherapy in the office, as well as online therapy (also known as E-therapy or Teletherapy) for those unable to make it to the office due to weather conditions, illness, travel or other limiting circumstances. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, including but not limited to therapy for depression and anxiety, trauma, stress management, teen parenting support, grief counseling, and social skills development.
For those who feel more at home in the outdoors, I offer "therapy in motion" (also known as "walk-and-talk therapy"). This form of therapy has been found to be helpful to people experiencing anxiety and depression and for teens. Walking and being in nature have a way of helping you become unstuck and make progress as you go. You are welcome to bring your dog with you when we walk.

COVID Update
If you are feeling ill or have been exposed, an online session is a great option. If you are scheduled for an in-person session, don't hesitate to get in touch with me so we can change your session to online.
Fees and Insurances
If you are paying cash, my fees vary between $80 - $180 depending on nature of service and time length - Individual therapy 30 minutes $80, Individual therapy 45 minutes $100, Individual therapy 60 minutes $135, Family therapy $145, Initial intake $180.
I take many insurances and will bill them directly for you. A valid debit/credit card is required on file at the time of intake, and will be run for co-pay, private pay, and deductible.

Cancellation policy
If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (except in cases of your illness or medical emergency), I charge a no-show fee of $100. Meeting online when you are sick or can't make it in person is always an option.
