Social Anxiety
Overcome Negative Thinking When You Have SAD (verywellmind.com)
The key to breaking through social anxiety is to recognize and challenge negative thoughts. I found this article to provide an easy explanation on how to do it.
The Shyness and Social Anxiety Workbook (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook): Antony, Martin M
This book is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), is to the point with no anecdotes, which some might find dry, but has exercises that are very helpful if you put in the work.
How to Be Yourself: Quiet Your Inner Critic and Rise Above Social Anxiety: Hendriksen, Ellen
This is pretty good for low self-esteem. The author (a psychologist) had social anxiety herself.
The author is a blogger, so it is not as clinical and actionable as the others, but maybe a bit more enjoyable as it feels more like a conversation than a clinical study.
Some people find online support groups and forums to be quite helpful.
OCD
The OCD expert is Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz. Here are links to his book and his four steps system.
